Our maduro blend uses one of Izzy's all time favorite wrapper leaves, Mexican-grown in the San Andres valley. Grown in volcanic soil, this region is Mexico is where some of the finest tobacco in the world has been grown for generations. With most maduro wrapped cigars are full in body and strength, Tropical Cigars' maduro blend is full in body but medium-full in strength. Like the Habano wrapper, there is a natural sweetness to this blend that really shines through this wrapper leaf.
